About Lisa
Lisa's interest in health and nutrition began with her upbringing. Her Mom was into eating correctly and taking supplements. Lisa's grandfather had a large garden which helped with eating those healthy vegetables.
Funny how life circles back around! Lisa believes it is important to return to growing pesticide free herbs and veggies. After realizing her own health issues were related to mold Lisa dove in to investigate and study how to treat the problem. She has started growing vegetables, herbs and fruit in her own garden and has also realized the importance of organic/grass fed meat and eggs.
In December 2024, Lisa obtained her certificate as a certified Amen Brain Health Professional. She also has certifications in the Pompa program involving ancient healing.
Lisa has been coaching individuals in health and wellness for over 20 years. Her passion is bringing
